Pen Pals 2015

 Am Enthusiastic about my penpals! The upcoming year promises to be exciting for me and my friends . I’ve written approximately 10 letter  that I will be sending out first thing in the morning. I’m always eager to connect with new penpals.  Would you like to exchange letters with me? If so, please leave a comment. 

I prefer rotten medium length letters, focusing on my daily activities and routines. This hobby serves as a self-care activity, allow me to slow down and thoughtfully, share my experiences with my penpals. With many years of experience,  having  started at the age of 13, I appreciate the diverse perspectives and insights from my penpals. I often embellish my envelopes and letters with stickers.  This year, I aim to refine my penpal connections, investing more time in meaningful relationships. I’ve come to realize that some penpals only write brief responses, make it challenging to establish a genuine connection. I’m seeking engaging letters that foster meaningful conversations and allow me to respond thoughtfully. I’m thrilled to express my passion for writing letters.

 This boy makes my heart so happy! He reminds me so much of my boys when they were 3 years old. 


I feel so blessed that Jessica and Logan are in my life! She makes Blake a better man.  I do think he is good for her as well.  Am looking forward to a New Year with lots of adventures with Logan and his mom and Blake!

Brr its cold!

Cold weather has officially arrived here in Oklahoma! As I write this I am bundled up on the couch with a hot cup of mojo! I am working on a few pen pal letters.  I am going to TRY to write a letter to each of my pen pals during January.  I thought that would give me a starting place of how many actual pen pals I do have.  My plans are to be on top of my letters and answer in a timely manner.  I would have to lose pen pals over me taking way too much time in getting them a reply!
  
Anyways I don't have much to write about but wanted to send out a huge hello to ALL of my followers! Am looking forward to being a better blogger this year.  I so would love to be funny and education but that isn't who I am.  Which means I am going to stick with entry's about my life and recipes and swaps and pen pal letters.  Because that is who I am and what I enjoy doing.

Happy New Year 2015

I can't believe it is already 2015!! May this year bring you joy and peace and lots of love!  I did not make any New Year Resolutions.  I figured I need to keep on working on the ones I set for my self every year.  Such as be healthy, get organized and of course be a better pen pal.

Am looking forward to all the new adventures this year will be bringing my way!  I have several things and road trips I want to do! Wish me luck on fulfilling my list that I have in my head.   Now if only I can get it down on paper then in my planner.

I worked on Christmas Cards for several days.  Here is a photo of what I am sending out this go round.  I love decorated envelopes and hope that everyone loved them as well.  Do you make your envelopes cute when sending out your Christmas Cards? 

I will be glad once pen pal letters start rolling in after the holidays! I always love getting happy mail!

Am working on getting our small tree decorated! It looks sad here but I do plan on adding more stuff to tree.  Last year I didn't decorate at all so am proud of getting this little bit done. I want to add some beads and tinsel to the tree.  I also think when I plug it in the lights will help it look much better. I love snowmen of all kinds.
