Peaceful Sunday

What a blessed and peaceful day this has been for me. I have to admit I am a little bored but I have a few things I need to do for swap~bot before mail runs in the morning. I am finishing up on a journal. Looking thru the finished journal I wish I had been a little more creative with it. Hope the reciever will enjoy the effort I put into it.
Have text Mr C. all day long. He is bored at work and I am bored at home. He wasn't seeing my viewpoint at all because he would LOVE to be home with me instead of working. Just 4 more days till he returns home.
Aaron and Trevor stayed the night with Granpa Kendall last night. I told Trevor I would give him $20.00 if he would stay home with me. He wouldn't accept the bribe at all. Good grief...if that had been me at 11 years old I would have taken the money.
My house is clean and spotless:) I have done dishes, made my bed, did 3 loads of laundry, and wiped down the cabinets and counters. Yea!! Tomorrow I have large load of items to take to goodwill. I have decluttered my craftroom, our bedroom, the laundry room and Trevor's bedroom. Even Alisha has decluttered and rearranged her bedroom, first time in along time that it has been cleaned. Am very proud of everything that we got accomplished.

Grilled Roasted Red Potatoes

1 pkg red potatoes
1 Reynolds hot bag extra heavy duty foil bag
2 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped
1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp whole butter sliced into thin pats or 1 tbsp oil

Preheat grill (medium high)

Open foil bag. Place 1 package of red potatoes inside foil bag. Add the rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt & butter. To seal double fold open end of foil bag. Shake foil bag to combine all ingredients.

To cook, slide foil bag onto support pan & place foil bag onto grill.

Grill 12 minutes or Mediu heat on each side

This recipe looks good and I am hoping to try it the week when Mr. C gets home.
