Starting Naturally Slim

Day one

I am starting the Naturally slim Program this week.  So I decided to go to my Dr.   I wanted to get weighed and measured.  It was a real eye opener.  I know that I am big...but seeing the numbers made it all so real.   
What I really am working on this week is no soda pop's.  Which will be the hardest part of this program.  I also am going to try just cutting down on amount of food I am eating.  I also am continuing to walk each day.  Some days it more than others.  But I am trying to get my exercise in each week.  Haven't done that in years.  
Need to get my blood pressure under control.  It is 165/112.  Yikes!!
