My blog is a collection of me rambling on about my home life. I like to share a few photos and recipes and hopefully some crafts as I go along. I am a simple country gal with a wonderful family and lots of great friends.

Kiva Loans
I have been loaning out $25.00 since March 21 2012. With Kiva loans you can loan as little as $25.00 and make a difference in someone's life. You get to support the causes you care about and make a real impact. You get to choose a borrower and then lend your money. Kiva borrowers have a 96% repayment rate. I have not ever had a issue on repayment. Kiva is not a donation, allowing you to recycle your money and create a personal impact across the world. At any point you can withdraw your funds. 100% of your loan goes to the field.
I have made 20 loans thus far.
I I have lent to these countries
Armenia Burundi Cameroon Congo (DRC) Dominican Republic Honduras Indonesia Jordan Kenya Nicaragua Pakistan Palestine Paraguay Peru Tajikistan Timor-Leste Togo Uganda United States Vietnam
I currently have $25.17 to loan. My outstanding loans are $93.67. If I did not reloan I would be totally paid back by 2023.
My husband was like why s end your money outside of USA? Because I want to help people who are trying to better themselves. I was so glad to see now we can loan to United States. My goal is to loan to as many different countries as I can.
What are you waiting for head on over and do a loan!!!
