Journals

Well heck I am not sure how I got behind but I have two journals that I have to send out on Monday! Oh my goodness you know what I will be doing this weekend. Not sure why I got behind but I hate it when a deadline races up on me like the speed of lightening. I love doing journals and hope the
receiver enjoys the journal I did for them

 

  I am not very creative but do give it a whirl. This is about as artistic as this country girl gets. I am starting to love washi tape! It sure makes a journal page pop. Over this weekend I am going to try to find some unique washi tape. There is a store in Oklahoma City that is called Market Basket that sells Hobby Lobby's outdated merchandise as well as samples. I bet they have lots of cool washi tape waiting on me to buy! I also love buying stickers from there as they are super reasonable! Everyone have a great weekend! Keep your fingers crossed that I find some great deals to jazz up my journals!

Wristlet and Boutonniere for Prom 2014

These are the wristlet and boutonniere I made for Aaron And Alexis for Bray's Prom. I wanted them to have something special for their special evening. I can't believe Aaron is a Senior in high school! I am so proud of him and love him to pieces. They had a awesome night at the prom. As soon as possible I will be posting photos of the young couple. They make such a cute couple.

Megan's Bridal Shower

This is my good friend Megan R. She had her bridal shower today and it was so fun. I am so glad she invited me to share in her fun day. The cupcake dress her sister decorated was so very cute. fter the girls had fun at Holly's house we all went to eat at Eduardo's. The guys meet us there so we had a big turn out.

Seattle Washinton Trip

I went with my Aunt Kathy and her friend Joyce to Seattle Washington. We went to see my cousin Melissa. We drove thru 10 states and had a great time!! I was so excited about going to the Space Needle and Pikes Place. Words can not explain how I felt about this adventure! I never thought I would ever see Washington in my life.

The view from Space Needle was so incredible! Everyone should go up and see the view if they have a chance! I can't even imagine living in a crowded city. I live in the country and have cows in the backyard. Don't have to fight crowds or traffic ever in our small town community.

Got to love this scenic view. I can't wait to go back in the fall time!

Utah

Driving thru Utah seems extremely long and boring. I do love seeing new states don't want to miss out on anything!

This was a little tourist stop. We didn't stop there but I wanted to!! Looked very interesting to me.

This is the Salt Plains. Incredible!! Am loving the trip and the new sights we are seeing! Having a blast on the road!!

Four Corners Monument

We are on our way to Four Corners Monument. this is where 4 states meet. Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona. Am stoked about seeing this attraction!

We will spend the night in Cortez Colorado tonight. Am loving the road trip!

Blake's race car

Blake bought a brand new race car for this season. Tonight he is having the wrap put on it. Amazes me that the wrap and letters and such cost $950.00. Which I think is crazy but what do moma's know? He is super excited to get it finished and on the track. This season I am going to have to make a effort to go watch him race this season. It just scares me to see him doing this. You might not know but Blake is legally blind and won't ever get his driver's license. He does a outstanding job driving the race car...
