Last night we had cabbage & sausage, beans, cornbread and fried potatoes. Mr.C. Did so good with this meal. I ate way too much, I just couldn’t put the fork down.
Gumbo! My first time making gumbo. Talk about tasty! My next pot will not have shrimp. Also will use different sausage.
I made some tacos. Was exactly what I was wanting for a Saturday dinner.
Elizabeth’s birthday cake January 18th. This cake was excellent. Alisha and Jonathan had a bakery in Blanchard, Ok.

I am always big on pasta salad. I ended up taking it a few times for my work lunch.
I thought I would share my food pictures for the month. Have never done this before so it’s way different than my typical blog post. I am a huge foodie as many of you know. I want to try everything at least once. For instance alligator which I did not particularly enjoy. Then I tried it again on a cruise and definitely decided it wasn’t for me at all. One thing I have never tried is craw daddy’s. I probably will not give it a try, just seems like a mud bug to me. Is there any foods you will not try ever?
